In the first stages we were given a “trainer” who wasn’t even a trainer and 3 weeks in we had to start completely over with someone different. Teleperformance isn’t too bad if you’re already pretty seasoned working on the phone. Pay is decent. I would’ve stayed longer but the constant issues with there equipment killed the overall experience for me.
